Fully-automated Roboocyte system for ligand-gated or voltage-gated ion channel screenings, based on the standard Xenopus expression system. Automated cDNA/mRNA injection and TEVC recording. Complete with Roboocyte robot, Gilson liquid handler and peristaltic pump, gravity based 16-channel perfusion system, data acquisition and analysis software package, computer, and accessories.
