MC_Rack is a data acquisition and analysis software. Combined with the hardware, for example the MC_Card, USB-MEA-Systems or USB-ME-Systems, it forms a complete data acquisition system for measuring extracellular activities of excitable cells, in vitro and in vivo. It has been developed especially for use with the data acquisition systems from Multi Channel Systems MCS GmbH, but the software is also ideally suited to work with other experimental setups.

Neuroshare implementation for MC_Rack data

To access MC_Rack data files from the Neuroshare API, the data are mapped to the structure given by Neuroshare API. This API is implemented in a Windows DLL or Linux or Mac (Intel) shared library by a set of predefined functions.
