Helpful tools for extracellular electrophysiological studies

Neuroshare - is providing a common interface for accessing neurophysiology experiment data files. Our vendor specific Neuroshare implementation (nsMCDLibrary) allows to access MCD files created by MC_Rack.

NeuroExplorer(NEX) - a very good toolbox for spike time analysis, the same author also offers a spike sorting program.

FIND - provides a Matlab analysis toolbox for multiple-neuron recordings by using Neuroshare.

sigTOOL - provides a programming and analysis environment for processing neuroscience data.

MEA-Tools - A MATLAB based toolbox for the analysis of electrophysiological data based on MEA recordings with MCRack (closed project, no more support).
