Multiwell-MEA Based Screening

The Multiwell-MEA-System from Multi Channel Systems moves MEA-technology to higher throughput. 24- and 96-wellplates enable multiple MEA experiments for neuronal and cardiac cultures. We have been validating this technology with iPS-CM primary cell cultures from various providers and we are happy to announce that we have amazing success rates of over 90 % readable signals on this system. Plates are available sterilized and if necessary coated with PEDOT/CNT on the electrodes to minimize the impedance level. 288 channels, 50 kHz sampling rate and a dedicated software for cardiac and neuronal experiments makes this the ideal tool for high throughput electrophysiology experiments.
