AcadeMEA includes the MEA2100-Mini headstage, providing proven, high-performance signal acquisition across 60 or 120 electrodes. The headstage integrates pre-amplification, filtering, and analog-to-digital conversion, delivering 24-bit resolution with sampling rates up to 50 kHz per channel. With a signal input range of ±70 mV, input impedance of 450 MΩ | 10 µF, and low input noise (~0.7 µV RMS), the system ensures high-fidelity recordings suitable for a wide range of electrophysiological applications.
Software-controlled gain and bandwidth allow users to optimize recording conditions for different sample types, while the compact headstage design (186 × 80 × 12 mm, 485 g) supports flexible integration into incubators, benchtop setups, or microscope-based workflows. By using the same headstage platform as advanced MCS systems, AcadeMEA ensures consistency in data quality and enables seamless transition to more complex configurations as experimental needs grow.
